CHECK OUT REQUIREMENTS

►Coffee pot AND Filter to be empty and washed.
►All garbage cans to be emptied and disposed of in the common garbage pick-up area outside of the complex.
►Sheets to be left on beds.
►Dishes to be washed, dried, and returned to cupboards.
►Fridge to be cleaned out of any food. Only condiments are permitted to be left.

We appreciate you taking the time to complete the needed housekeeping items above.
This will ensure that cleaning times and costs remain affordable for our guests – allowing us to keep our rental rates reasonable.

RULES & REGULATIONS

Our condos are our ‘home away from home & we ask that you respect the space and our neighbors as you would your own.

• Items in units are not to be shared with other guests. Each unit is privately owned and we have ensured that our guests have everything needed. (this includes filtered water available in our condos).

• There are garbage and recycling bins outside of the complex.

• Keep condo (windows/doors) locked at all times you leave the complex, even for short periods of time.

• Do not run AC below -23C (they will freeze up and not work). AC cools quickly and typically does not need to be run when you are away for the day.

• ***TURN OFF AC when you are away for the day. Do not run all A/C’s- while leaving windows and doors open. Abuse of A/C will lead to increased costs to everyone (including tenants) in the future.

• Do not keep windows open permanently during stay (instead of using AC). High winds and dust can be prominent in this area. Excessive dust (or sand) in the unit is not acceptable. Deep cleaning needed to clean linens, carpets, drapery etc due to dust and sand will be charged directly to the tenant.

• Do not pour grease down sinks. Grease should be set aside in a glass bowl in the fridge, and disposed of when hardened.

• Quiet time is 11 PM.

• No pets.

• No parties or events.

• No glass in or around the pool. We have plastic cups/glasses to use around the pool main area.

• No eating in the pool or palapa area.

• No running, jumping, or diving in the pool or jacuzzi from the outer wall.

• Maximum 4 guests in condo. (2 people max overnight)

• No feeding stray animals inside or outside of the condo. It attracts birds/skunks and other rodents and large tropical insects.

• Children under 12 years of age must be supervised at ground level at all times by an adult 18 years of age or older.

• Only toys designated for the pool are allowed. Face masks and goggles are permitted as long as they have unbreakable lenses.

• Only pool towels are permitted to be hung on the railing for short periods of time.

• All pool floaties and items must be removed from the common area when done.

• No nudity or sexual behavior in common areas or pools.

• Only proper swimwear is permitted in the pool. Clean UV Swim shirts are allowed.

• Persons with open sores or evidence of contagious disease are not permitted in pool.

• No excessive music or noise in the pool area.

• No rough play, water guns, kicking balls, or other behavior that may be destructive or annoying to others.

• Parking is first come first serve. Only one vehicle in her unit (including Golf carts or moto’s)

• Electric golf carts are NOT permitted as there are no charging stations available for renters.

• No bikes or other items can be stored or ridden in common areas. They must be stored in the bicycle area or in the condo unit.

• Vehicles must be legal and cannot be washed or repaired in the parking area.

• Babies must wear waterproof swim diapers in the pool.

• Use of the pool is prohibited when an individual is under drug or alcohol intoxication or unable to care for themselves.

• Pool hours are from 7 AM-10 PM.

  We understand accidents happen. If you are unable to replace or fix a broken item please email us or contact our property manager asap so we can replace it for you or our next guest.
